How we hire
We believe the interview process should be a two-way conversation. We expect candidates to interview us and actively evaluate whether Fulfil is the right place for them. Lean in, be curious, and don't be shy about asking us some tough questions.

Initial phone screen
Your first call could be with a recruiter or the hiring manager. Either way, the goal is to get acquainted and ensure you understand the role.

Interview loop
You will have one or two back-to-back interviews with various Fulfillians. At this stage, we're digging deeper into your experience and goals.

Practical exercise
We like to act on first-hand information, so we'll ask you to complete a practical assignment/exercise. It might be a mock support ticket, a presentation, a coding assignment, or something else that's relevant to the role. Expect to meet a few more Fulfillians at this stage.

Bootcamp!
Get ready for Bootcamp! This is where every Fulfillian, regardless of the role, starts. It’s not your typical new hire onboarding; our Bootcamp program immerses new hires within our Product Support team to understand what it takes to succeed at Fulfil; you’ll learn about the industry, the different types of end users, the types of challenges our merchants face, and of course, the sheer depth of the product. Of course, you'll have resources and support along the way, but the expectation is for you to be ready to contribute from day one. Trust-building is key, so come prepared.
