You won't be buried in meetings — you'll drive technical direction while still shipping code.
At a large company, leads write strategy docs. Here, you'll design financial systems, mentor engineers, and see your decisions impact merchants processing millions of dollars.
The Team
Finance owns accounting, reconciliation, revenue recognition, and financial integrations. North star: books close on time with transactions posted automatically.
A Typical Week
Monday: Define the technical roadmap for Q2 with Product Lead. A major merchant needs multi-entity consolidation before their audit. Prioritize.
Tuesday: Deep dive on reconciliation performance. Design a path from 85% auto-match to 98%.
Wednesday: Mentor a Senior Engineer on their first architecture project. Review their design, push back on unnecessary complexity.
Thursday: Ship a critical fix yourself. Some weeks you're 80% code, some weeks 20%.
Friday: Interview a Staff Engineer candidate. Debrief. Make the call.

What We Do
Leverage LLMs (OpenAI API, Claude API) to embed AI-driven capabilities into Fulfil’s ERP, powering natural language interfaces, intelligent automation, and merchant-facing insights (e.g., Fulfil x MCP integrations with Claude).
Focus on AI for commerce operations — integrating models to solve real problems like order management, financial analysis, customer insights, and logistics optimisation.
What We Don’t
We are not a core ML/AI research company — we don’t train or fine-tune foundation models.
We focus on integration and productisation of AI, not building new ML frameworks or developing custom model architectures.
