Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Job description

Your mission, should you choose to accept it, will be to rid the world of business software that sucks.

As an SDR you will reach out to as many prospects as possible, listen to their problems and see if Fulfil.IO is the right fit. If it is, you will pass them on to a senior account manager.

The role provides a fantastic opportunity to learn and sharpen your sales skills. This is a unique experience to work with an early stage company that is growing. You will be supported and encouraged to grow with every opportunity.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect new potential customers by conducting tailored outbound campaigns

  • Engage with prospects through emails and telephone phone calls in order to learn about their needs and educate them on the Fulfil.io platform.

  • Schedule demos through executive conversations with growing e-commerce merchants  

  • Use available metrics to optimize sales processes and contribute towards our data-driven sales culture

Requirements

You should have:

  • University degree or equivalent background 
  • 0-2 years experience in customer service, sales or similar customer facing role  
  • Strong desire to learn and succeed in a modern data-driven sales culture 
  • Ability to write compelling emails with a strong attention to detail 
  • Naturally curious with a mindset of always trying to help your clients and teammates succeed 
  • Professional communication skills with a friendly telephone etiquette  
  • Confident but self-aware
